At khushbu.pk, we are committed to the "Executive Standard." We want you to feel confident in
your signature scent. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a
transparent return and refund process.
1. The 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. If the fragrance does not meet your
expectations, you may initiate a return request via our WhatsApp Concierge or Website Portal.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To maintain our boutique quality and hygiene standards, all returns must meet the following
"Executive Quality" conditions:
● Product Integrity: The product must not be changed, altered, or tampered with.
● Usage Limit: The bottle must be at least 95% full. We allow for reasonable testing
sprays, but excessive usage (beyond 2-3ml) voids the return eligibility.
● Physical Condition: The signature Dark Grey Bottle, Black Matte Pump, and cap
must be free of scratches, cracks, or any physical damage.
● Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original Navy & Silver
packaging, including any inserts or promotional cards provided.
3. The Inspection & Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is shipped back to our warehouse, the
following steps are taken:
1. Arrival & Logging: The parcel is received and unboxed under video surveillance.
2. Quality Inspection: Our team inspects the weight (to verify the 95% fill rule), the
functionality of the Black Pump, and the condition of the glass.
3. Eligibility Confirmation: * Eligible: If the product passes inspection, your refund or
payment will be processed immediately to your original payment method or bank
account.
○ Ineligible: If the product is found to be damaged, altered, or excessively used, it
will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
4. Processing Time: Refunds typically reflect in your account within 3-5 working days after
successful inspection.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a bottle that was damaged during transit or if the wrong scent was sent:
● Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo/video of the unboxing.
● We will arrange an immediate exchange or full refund without requiring a standard
15-day waiting period.
5. Non-Returnable Items
● Discovery Kits: Due to the sample nature of the 5ml vials, Discovery Kits are
non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
● Sale/Clearance Items: Products purchased during "Flash Clearance" (30% off or more)
are final sale.
6. How to Initiate a Return
1. Message our WhatsApp Concierge with your Order ID.
2. Provide a brief reason for the return (this helps us improve our impressions).
3. Our team will provide the return shipping address and instructions.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an
error on our part (damaged/wrong item).
